"No work. No people travel."
Incorrect. People travel, they just don't come to you.
"Don't do anything touristy."
Maybe yes, maybe not, but that has nothing to do with you and your offer.
“How?”
Well, nice.
View your facility. You invested money, time, effort.
You thought of everything and paid the masons, tilers, paid for tiles, carpentry, internet, TV, air conditioning, utilities, electricity, water, property registration, and what not.
“Well, I had to.”
Yes, you had to.
The object is ready. The door is open.
But the guests don't come. Is that so - that's right.
And why?
Because you have invested in everything, except for the one who knows how to bring the first guest.
You thought that a guest would come just because you made something? They won't.
You need knowledge. You need a story. You need people for that too, because someone has to design the experience, connect all the elements into a clear product, and know who to offer it to and how to tell it.
Your guest must hear every day that what you have is exactly what he needs, that by coming to you he can escape from stress, that he can relax and get back to himself, that this is the best place to recharge his batteries, that you give him the opportunity to spend quality time with friends or family. That he can reset, return to his youth, remember his grandparents. That you can teach him how to prepare food, crafts, mowing, honey extraction and what else...
Investing only in space is not enough.
You need someone to come up with a story. To recognize your idea, build on it, and put it into action, because without a real story, there is no real result. In order for guests to get to know you, you have to recognize what you want, what your basic offering is, and how you can build on it.
"Well, I thought I'd consult ... and that's paid for?"
Yes, believe it or not, you have people for that too, just like you do for ceramics.
No work? People aren't traveling?
No, no, incorrect.
People travel.
Only, they still don't come to you.
It's time to learn how to attract them.
